कार्यक्रम में भाग लेना बहुत ही आसन हैं, इसके लिए आपको योगा वर्ल्ड बुक की अधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना होगा जो की नीचे दिया गया हैं | ध्यान रहे कम से कम आपको पांच मिनट पश्चिमोत्तानासन में रुकना होगा, अधिक करते हैं तो और भी अच्छी बात हैं | यदि किसी कारण वश आपको लाइव करने में समस्या आ रही हो तो आप हमें ई-मेल अथवा व्हाट्सएप्प के माध्यम से भी विडियो भेज सकतें हैं |
